    A stylish first floor self-catering apartment (sleeping up to five) with lovely south facing balcony with sea views. Located in a purpose built block of holiday-let apartments which include an on-site Edge Spa offering Elemis treatments and a nail bar www.edgespa.co.uk. Just a minute`s walk is Alum Chine`s wide sandy Blue Flag beach with an Italian restaurant and children`s playground.

    Prestigious communal entrance lobby with dedicated on-site concierge. Contemporary style open plan living, dining and kitchen area with solid oak furniture throughout. Living area furnished with pair of matching leather sofas, an adjustable height coffee table enabling dining for 4, sideboard and mirror. Flatscreen television with freeview and blueray facilities. Balcony furniture with patio table and matching chairs - great for alfresco dining. Fully fitted stylish kitchen area including fridge, electric oven and grill, electrichob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a separate washing and drying room in the basement of the apartment building (free of charge). Breakfast bar area with two high seat chairs. Master bedroom (kingsize double) with dressing table and patio doors leading onto the large balcony with sea views. Further bedroom (bunk beds with pull out bed sleeping third person) benefits from patio doors onto large balcony with sea views. Family bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet, heated towel rail.

    Duvets and pillows with crisp white linen provided, fluffy white bath towels and beach towels also included. Electric central Heating, Flatscreen television with Freeview and Blueray facilities, Electric oven and grill, electric hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Washer/Drying facilities available on site. Hairdryer provided.

    Parking:- The property benefits from a dedicated on-site parking space.

    Restrictions:- No smoking. No pets. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Please check to ensure key availability for an arrival after 8pm for this property. (Renovations are taking place to the top floor restaurant, these will be ongoing until Spring 2017, please contact us at the office if you have any further queries.) Available on request (charges apply):- Pull-Out bed with linen/towels, Travel cot (and linen), Highchair. Internet grocery orders can be made prior to arrival.

    Prices from £398 for a Spring season two night stay to £1,495 per week during high season.
