Our offices are now closed and staff are self-isolating. Guests wishing to cancel or move their bookings are kindly asked to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating their booking reference, the name of the property booked and their dates of travel. Our standard cancellation terms still apply, however we are endeavouring to deal with each booking individually and liaising with each property owner to agree revised booking dates or cancellations, as necessary. It would be helpful if guests could first check whether they have cancellation cover under any travel insurance. Guests may find that their bank account automatically includes travel insurance cover and we would expect guests with insurance to make a claim via this route in the first instance and we will be happy to assist in providing documentary evidence. Finally, if you would prefer to re-book for a later date, don’t forget to tell us when you would like to come.
