Beachcliff in Southbourne is a superb three-bedroom, second floor apartment with stunning panoramic sea views and two balconies. Southbourne beach can be accessed via the Fishermans Walk zig-zag path (and lift – a 2 min walk) opposite the property. Southbourne Town centre is a short (5/10 min) stroll where there is a great choice of restaurants and bars. Walking either way along the Promenade you can easily reach Boscombe Pier (30/40 mins) or Hengistbury Head (50/60 mins). Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, the New Forest and Jurassic coast are all only a short drive away making this a fabulous holiday destination.

Back bedroom (at the rear of the apartment) has built in wardrobe (with 2x 2ft 6ins single beds or zip and link 5ft king-size bed) and smart TV. Parking – Parking – There is one allocated space within the development’s private parking area to the rear of the block . If your vehicle cannot fit within the markings for this space (length = 4750mm) there is unrestricted parking for cars on the adjacent Overcliff.

Services – Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology – 55-inch Smart flatscreen television with Virgin basic TV package and 43 inch Smart flatscreen television with Freeview. Bluetooth / WIFI speaker. WIFI.

Kitchen – Double oven – main one fan-assisted, feature 5 ring induction hob and extractor-hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. Washer / dryer machine in the utility cupboard.

Restrictions – No smoking. No candles, no hanging of clothes/towels on balcony(s). Pets not permitted.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

We had an excellent stay at Beachcliff, a very well run AirBnB! The apartment is conveniently located right across from the beach with stunning views and great paths for walking. It was really clean, with great attention to detail to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Beachcliff is the best property we have stayed in, everything was superb from the location, sea views, roominess , furnishings, decor and facilities. The sea is across the road and you can walk to local shops and restaurants, Christchurch is a 10min drive away and very nice. Quay holidays were excellent, re ally helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. Would definitely come back to beachfront and use Quay holidays again.
