This property has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern bathrooms and fittings. It is fully equipped with flatscreen Smart TV and broadband facility. The front entrance leads you to the master bedroom (king-size 5ft double) with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet) and flat screen TV. Second bedroom (twin 2 x 2ft 6ins or zip and link king-size). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which includes integrated fridge/freezer, hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. Patio doors from both the lounge and dining area leads you onto the terraced patio overlooking the sea and town.

Parking – There is one allocated space within the development’s underground parking.

Very well-equipped apartment with two TVs, Playstation and for guests who have the evening without any electronic To design entertainment, is a whole wardrobe with various board games available.
