Just a short distance is the cliff top and then two minutes walk to Alum Chine beach. Further door to hallway leading to two further bedrooms, standard double (4ft 6ins double bed) with doors leading to the large terrace area. Twin bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins single beds which can be zipped together to create a kingsize – please request on booking) both including fitted wardrobe / storage. Family bathroom with large walk-in wet room style shower, sink and toilet.
Parking – The property benefits from a dedicated on-site parking space. – height restriction 9.19ft / 2.8 m. Additional on street parking along Studland Road, this is on a first come first served basis. Vehicle charger available on a first-come, first-served basis at an extra cost.
Services – Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer. Additional sofa bed available in living area (for a further guest or two – linen available on request).
