At Quay Holidays, we aim to make your holiday or short break as enjoyable, relaxing, and as hassle-free as possible. We recognise that you lead a busy life, so we make ourselves available to take your call from 9.30am to 10pm, 7 days a week!
Not only will you find a real live person on the other end of the 'phone - with our live booking system we can even process your booking there and then - so there's no filling in e-mail requests and waiting three days to discover your chosen week is already taken!
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our dedication to offering a comprehensive service. We include full linen and towels (including beach towels) in every letting, and thoughtfully-composed welcome packs of basic necessities, and one or two luxuries like a complimentary bottle of wine to ease you into your holiday!
Our guests expect their accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned, and so do we! That's why we don't leave the cleaning of our properties to casual labour supplied by unaccountable agencies! All of our cleaners are directly employed members of staff who have undergone a rigorous training process. They are fully vetted by the police and their work is regularly overseen by our own cleaning supervisor. You can therefore be confident that the properties we offer to you are thoroughly cleaned and prepared, prior to your arrival.
We offer a full range of flexible breaks, from as little as two nights to longer stays of up to five months. We are happy to arrange last-minute breaks, and frequently offer great deals (subject to availability). If you are arriving late, we can even make arrangements for grocery orders to be awaiting your arrival!
Some guests approach us to provide longer-term accommodation. People, for example, who have business in Poole or who are planning a move to the area, often find our properties a less impersonal and more economical alternative to hotel accommodation, and more flexible than committing to the liability and expense of a long-term residential letting.
